If a page still shows old content after an update, the most likely cause is caching or editing the wrong page. Follow the steps below before submitting a support request.
Before you begin #
- Know which page you edited and whether you clicked Update or only saved a draft.
Steps #
- Confirm the change was published, not left as a draft.
- Open the exact public URL you expect visitors to see.
- Hard-refresh the browser or open a private window.
- Test on another device or network.
- Confirm you edited the intended page, not a similar page or template-controlled section.
- If the public page is still old after those checks, contact FoxDev. Server or CDN cache may need clearing.
Expected result #
Either the change appears after a cache or publish check, or you have enough detail for FoxDev to clear the right cache safely.
If the problem continues #
- Do not purge unfamiliar hosting or CDN settings on your own.
- Do not edit theme files to force the change.
