Access and Credentials (2)

Use the Sign In page with your account email and password. If you do not have an account yet, use Register, then return to My Tickets.

Use the password reset link on the Sign In page. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.

Billing or Project Questions (2)

Use Contact for general business questions. Use a support request when the issue is technical. Billing and contract policies should follow the terms agreed in your FoxDev Studio engagement.

The Support Center has its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Support Service Agreement. They also appear in the footer of every page.

General Support (3)

Please use the FoxDev Support Center for all technical requests so your issue receives a ticket number, history, and status. For urgent escalation, contact urgentsupport@foxdevstudio.com and also open a high-priority ticket containing the affected website URL. Email messages do not automatically create SupportCandy tickets.

Start with the Knowledge Base and FAQ for common questions. Submit a support request when you need hands-on help, a site-specific diagnosis, or a follow-up conversation.

This portal is for FoxDev Studio clients who need help with websites, hosting-related questions, forms, security, Shopify, automation, or custom development work delivered by FoxDev Studio.

Submitting Tickets (3)

Yes. Supported uploads include common image, document, audio, video, and zip formats. Keep attachments relevant and avoid including sensitive credentials.

No. Never include passwords, API keys, payment details, or other sensitive credentials in ordinary ticket fields or in email. Ask the team for a secure access method when needed.

Include the website URL, a clear description, steps to reproduce, screenshots or recordings, browser and device details, exact error messages, when the issue started, and any recent changes.

Ticket Updates (2)

Sign in and open My Tickets to review status, read replies, and respond.

Yes. The portal is configured to notify customers when a ticket is created, when there is a reply, and when a ticket is closed. Delivery depends on your email provider and spam filters.

Website Emergencies (2)

Requires FoxDev Studio confirmation. No guaranteed response-time or SLA statement is published here until an official support policy is provided.

Examples include a fully offline website, checkout failure on a live store, or a suspected security incident. Submit a high-priority ticket and include the live URL plus any recent changes. For urgent escalation you may also email urgentsupport@foxdevstudio.com; that email does not create a ticket on its own.
