About this Policy
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how FoxDev Studio, LLC (“FoxDev Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information of users of the FoxDev Studio Support Center at support.foxdevstudio.com (the “Support Center”). Please read this Policy carefully.
By using the Support Center, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you disagree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Support Center.
Your use of the Support Center for the limited and exclusive purpose of reviewing this Policy does not constitute your agreement unless you make further use of the Support Center. This Policy may be updated from time to time.
The FoxDev Studio Privacy Policy continues to govern our main website at foxdevstudio.com. This Policy governs the Support Center. Where the two differ in respect of the Support Center, this Policy controls.
Two related documents sit alongside this one: the Terms of Service set the rules for accessing and using the Support Center, and the Support Service Agreement governs the technical work we perform.
This Policy describes:
- The personal information we collect
- How we collect such information
- How such information is used
- How such information is shared
- How long we keep such information
- How you can contact us

Credentials and secrets
We ask you not to send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, bank details, or other secrets through ticket fields, the contact form, your support profile, or email. Where access to your systems is genuinely required and you choose to share credentials with us, we treat them as confidential, use them only for the work you authorized, and ask that you change or revoke them once the work is complete.
We do not collect or store full payment-card details through the Support Center. The Support Center does not process payments.
How We Collect Information
- Information you provide through the ticket form, the contact form, registration, and your support profile
- Information you provide when contacting us by email, phone, or messaging apps. Email sent to our support address may be turned into a ticket automatically
- Files you attach to a ticket
- Cookies and similar technologies
- Automatically, from your browser and our servers, when you use the Support Center
A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer. The Support Center uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to protect the sign-in page and our forms against automated abuse, to serve pages efficiently through our caching and delivery providers, and to measure which knowledge base articles are useful.
The Support Center does not use advertising cookies, does not carry out behavioral or interest-based advertising, and does not sell personal information.
How We Use the Information Collected
We use the information we collect for legitimate support and business purposes, including to:
- Provide technical support and perform the work you request
- Diagnose, attempt to reproduce, and resolve reported issues
- Communicate with you about your tickets, including email notifications
- Authenticate you and manage your Support Center account
- Create, route, prioritize, assign, and track tickets
- Answer billing and account questions and maintain accurate business records of the work performed
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Support Center
- Improve our knowledge base and reduce repeat issues
- Prevent, detect, and investigate abuse, spam, fraud, and security incidents
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not use your ticket content, attachments, or support correspondence for advertising, and we do not share them with advertisers.
AI-Assisted Support
Our ticket system includes an AI assistant that helps our agents summarize tickets and draft replies. When an agent uses that feature, the relevant ticket content is sent to OpenAI, our AI provider, for processing and returned to the agent. Content submitted this way is processed under OpenAI’s business API terms rather than its consumer terms. A FoxDev Studio agent reviews and remains responsible for every reply that is sent to you.
We also use AI tools internally to help draft knowledge base articles. That use does not involve your ticket content.
If you would prefer that your ticket content is not processed by the AI assistant, tell us in your ticket and we will handle it manually.
How We Disclose the Information Collected
- With service providers who operate the Support Center on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent needed to provide their service
- With third parties whose systems your request concerns, and only where you have authorized us to act on your behalf, for example your web host, domain registrar, email provider, or a plugin vendor
- When required by law, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of FoxDev Studio, our clients, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy
Service Providers We Use
The Support Center is operated with the help of the following service providers, verified as of the date of this Policy:
- Our web hosting provider — servers and storage for the Support Center
- Cloudflare — bot and abuse protection on our sign-in, registration, and comment forms, and delivery of outbound notification email
- MXroute — the mailbox that receives email sent to our support address
- NitroPack — page caching and performance optimization
- OpenAI — AI assistance inside our ticket system, as described above
- Cloudflare R2 — off-site storage of Support Center backups
- Ticketing, knowledge base, security, and backup software running on our own servers
If we add a materially different category of provider, we will update this Policy.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep tickets, replies, attachments, and the associated support records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them to answer follow-up questions, honor correction obligations, maintain business records, and comply with legal and tax requirements. Security, request, and email delivery logs are kept for shorter operational periods. Backups are rotated on a schedule and older backups expire.
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will honor those requests where we are able to, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations, and we will tell you where we cannot.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Support Center, including encrypted connections, access controls, automated abuse protection, malware scanning, and off-site backups. No website, server, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that the Support Center or any other system will never be compromised. Please keep your account credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Children
The Support Center is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date below reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Support Center after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
