Applies to support.foxdevstudio.com · Last updated August 22, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the FoxDev Studio Support Center at support.foxdevstudio.com (the “Support Center”). In these Terms, FoxDev Studio, LLC is referred to as “FoxDev Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
If you access or use any part of the Support Center, you agree to these Terms. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Support Center.
We may change these Terms at any time without giving you notice. Please check these Terms from time to time for any changes. By continuing to use the Support Center, you agree to the changes we make to these Terms.
These Terms govern use of the Support Center. The technical work we perform for you is governed by the Support Service Agreement, and how we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use the Support Center
The Support Center is intended for FoxDev Studio clients and their authorized representatives. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business or website your request concerns, and that you have the authority to request changes to the systems involved.
If you are not authorized to request work on a system, do not request it. We may reasonably rely on the authority you assert.
3. Your Support Center account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and support profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not share your account with others. Ask us to create separate accounts for additional people instead.
- Tell us promptly at urgentsupport@foxdevstudio.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- We may close or restrict accounts that appear inactive, duplicated, or created by someone who is not a client or an authorized representative.
4. Acceptable use
We collect and use information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the Support Center, you agree to the way in which we collect and use your information.
You may not use the Support Center:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- to harm, threaten, abuse, or harass another person, or in a way that invades someone’s privacy or is offensive or damaging to us, our clients, or our suppliers;
- to create, check, confirm, update, or amend your own or someone else’s databases or lists;
- to tamper with, update, or change any part of the Support Center;
- in a way that affects how it is run or imposes an unreasonable burden on our systems;
- using automated means to monitor, scrape, or copy the Support Center or interfere with its operation.
5. Submitting tickets, replies, and attachments
- Submit technical requests through the Support Center so that your issue receives a ticket number, history, and status.
- Include the affected website URL, what you expected, what actually happened, and the steps that lead to the issue.
- Attachments must be within the size and file-type limits shown on the ticket form.
- Email sent to our support address may be converted into a ticket automatically. Email on its own is not a guaranteed route into the ticket system; if a request is urgent, open a high-priority ticket as well.
- Do not include passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, bank details, or other secrets in ticket fields, attachments, the contact form, or email. If access to a system is genuinely required, ask us how to share it safely, and change or revoke that access once the work is complete.
6. Content you provide to us
You keep ownership of the descriptions, screenshots, files, data, and other material you submit through the Support Center (“Your Content”).
You grant FoxDev Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, display, and process Your Content solely in order to provide support, diagnose and resolve issues, operate and secure the Support Center, and maintain business records. We do not use Your Content for marketing, promotion, publicity, or research without your separate written permission.
By submitting Your Content you confirm that:
- it is your material, or you are authorized to provide it to us;
- providing it to us does not breach any duty you owe to another person, including confidentiality obligations;
- it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- it does not contain malicious code; and
- it does not promote anything illegal or offensive.
Our confidentiality obligations to you, and yours to us, are set out in the Support Service Agreement.
7. Prohibited content and abuse of the support system
You may not use the Support Center to upload, submit, or transmit:
- malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit code, or any file intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to a system;
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene;
- material you are not entitled to share, including another party’s confidential information or personal data you have no right to disclose;
- credentials or access details belonging to a third party without that party’s authorization.
You also may not:
- attempt to access another user’s account, tickets, or attachments;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Support Center, or attempt to bypass its authentication, rate limiting, or abuse protection;
- submit tickets in bulk, or use scripts or automated tools to create tickets, replies, or accounts;
- use the Support Center to request work on systems you are not authorized to change.
Deliberate abuse of the support system, including repeated abusive conduct toward our team, is grounds for immediate suspension.
8. Suspension and termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Support Center, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if your account is being used in a way that threatens the security or availability of the Support Center or another client, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Suspension of Support Center access does not by itself terminate any separate agreement you have with FoxDev Studio, and does not relieve you of amounts already owed.
9. Availability of the Support Center
We aim to keep the Support Center available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at any particular time or free from interruption. We may take it offline for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Nothing on this page creates a guaranteed response time, resolution time, or service level. Guaranteed response times apply only where a separate written agreement or service level agreement with FoxDev Studio expressly provides them.
10. Third-party systems
The Support Center relies on third-party services, and the requests you submit usually concern third-party systems such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress, plugins, themes, email providers, and payment processors. We do not control those systems, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or behavior. Links from the Support Center to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
11. Paid support and billing
Submitting a ticket does not by itself mean the work is free of charge. Some work is included under an existing agreement with FoxDev Studio, and other work is quoted, billed hourly, or sold as a support package. Which applies to a given request is governed by the Support Service Agreement and by your own agreement with us.
The Support Center does not take payments and does not collect payment-card details. Invoicing and payment are handled separately through our normal billing process. Never send payment-card numbers or bank credentials through a ticket, the contact form, or email.
12. Relationship with our other agreements
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Support Center. The Support Service Agreement governs the technical work we perform. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
If you have a signed contract, statement of work, maintenance agreement, hosting agreement, or other written agreement with FoxDev Studio, and its terms conflict with these Terms in respect of the subject matter it covers, that signed agreement controls.
13. Intellectual property
A wide range of intellectual property rights are used in and relating to the Support Center, including:
- the FoxDev Studio trademarks and logos;
- the design, text, graphics, knowledge base articles, and other content of the Support Center, together with the web addresses associated with those pages; and
- all the software used in relation to the Support Center.
We are the owner or the authorized licensee of these intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, republish, or redistribute content from the Support Center, including knowledge base articles and images, without our consent. You may use knowledge base content internally within your own organization for the purpose of maintaining your own website.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the Support Center, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it, including our use of an AI assistant to help draft support replies.
15. Disclaimers
- You use the Support Center at your own risk.
- We do not guarantee that the Support Center will operate without error, or that it or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Knowledge base articles, FAQs, and general guidance are provided for information only. They are not tailored advice for your specific environment, and following them is your decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Support Center is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
16. Limits to our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Support Center, including:
- lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost business opportunities or savings;
- lost goodwill, lost data, lost email, or loss of use of information;
- downtime or interruption of operations;
- failures of third-party systems.
We are liable only for direct losses caused by our failure to meet these Terms, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Support Center is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Liability for the technical work we perform is addressed separately in the Support Service Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Copyright, trademark, and defamation notices
If you believe content on the Support Center infringes your copyright or trademark, or that it defames you, send us a notice describing the content, its location, and the basis for your complaint.
Send notices to:

We may remove or restrict access to content while we review a notice. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date below reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Support Center after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
19. The whole agreement
Together with the Privacy Policy and the Support Service Agreement, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and FoxDev Studio in respect of the Support Center, except where a signed agreement between us provides otherwise. If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
20. The law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to these Terms even if you access the Support Center from outside the United States, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.
